Apartment Details
Rental Fees
The cost to rent our home, which can comfortably house six adults, is as follows:
Weekly Rental - $1100 per week (half upon signing and half a month in advance of the rental date)
Monthly Rental - $2,500 per month (half upon signing and half a month in advance of the rental date)
Guest Restrictions
The only guests our condo association will allow are as follows:
- Married couples
- Married couples of with children

Refunds
- The deposit is refunded if given two months advance notice or if the renter has an illness or death in the family that prevents the renter from coming to Panama.
- If the renter decides to cancel a month or less before the agreement takes place, renter will have the choice of selecting another time to come or waiting until the owner finds a replacement.
Directions
Our apartment complex is called Torres Mariana.
- Leaving the airport follow the signs for Panama City
- Get on Corredur Sur, which is an express highway to our apartment
- Get off at the last exit, which is Punta Paitilla
- Go under the overpass and half way around the circle
- Go right at the first street you can make a right (an apartment complex will be on the left and retail stores on the right)
- You will pass an apartment building and a two-story store called Do-It Center, which has the same colors as Home Depot
- Our condo is the first set of buildings on the right a half block from the circle intersection diagonal from a bank. There are two buildings in our complex. We are in the building on the left and our condo is on the 7th floor Apartment 13.
Description of Living Quarters
There is a view of either the ocean or skyline from every room in the apartment. The following is a description of the living quarters.

- Guest bedroom with a double bed
- Hallway bathroom with shower
- Maids quarters with bathroom/shower

- Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave often, toaster, plates, glasses and silverware
Apartment Amenities
- 27-inch cable connected color television with VCR
- 19-inch cable connected color television in children's bedroom
- Washer and dryer
- Air conditioning in each room
- Books-Mystery, Spy, Business and History
- Games-Board and card games
- Telephone for local calls
- Guests must use a telephone credit card or buy a telephone card for long distance, international and calls to mobile telephones
- Bathroom towels
Internet Access
- We provide free high speed Internet access
Rules
We expect our guests to take care of our apartment as if it were there own. We have five simple rules that renters must follow:
- No smoking in our apartment.
- Families live in the building so please do not make a lot of noise.
- Please purchase your own toiletries (soap, toilet paper, etc).
- Local calls are free. Please use a calling or credit card for long distance and international calls.
